Welcome to the holiday installation at Gold and Grit Studio in Corktown Detroit!
YES, you can still rent the space and get great content that does not have holiday decor in it. Holiday will be up until the end of the day Sunday 12/22. The two large Christmas trees are not movable but the panel wall is still functional despite that. The rest of the holiday decor can be moved but must be put back before your rental period ends. We are currently booking 1+ hour sessions on the weekdays and 2+ hour sessions on the weekends. We encourage clients to book an additional 15-20 minutes before their sessions begin and after their sessions end. If you are hosting mini sessions, the best advice we can give you is to bring an assistant! It will help your day go so much smoother (speaking from experience here!) Weekend dates are booking up for the holidays, so be sure to secure your date asap!
You may bring in your own decor as well. There is a bathroom in the building and the space is located on the first floor with ample free street parking. We have had nothing but great feedback about the space and the holiday decor. We can’t wait to see what you create here.
