It is on the first floor just inside the building. It’s easy to access (this was a must for us!) 

Yes, if you think you are going to exceed your booked rental, you must add additional time otherwise you will be billed per 15 minutes you are in the space. If someone is after you, you will not be able to add additional time. The studio is booked back to back.

The maximum number of people allowed in the space at 1 time is 15. There won’t be many exceptions made to this rule. Standard bookings are for 1-8 people (not 9, 10 or 11). If you need to have between 9-15 people in the space at once, there is an additional service charge of $75. If you are hosting mini sessions, you may have more than 8 people during your rental period but not at one time.
